This letter is just to let you know how much Gerry and I appreciate the amazing job your company has done on our behalf.  Since we started using your service three years ago, we have gone from a two-person repair shop in a small town to a major service centre in Durham region.  We recently had to move into larger premises.

By taking advantage of your skills, knowledge and expertise you have made our company accessible to any one in Canada.  As a test, we opened Sympatico.ca home page typed in two words "TV repair", went to the bottom of the second page, clicked on Gillco and our web page opened.  Similar results were foudn on Google and Ask Jeeves but you have to type the word "Gillco".

In our opinion the money we invested in your services have proven to be, by far, the most cost efficient way to reach the maximum number of potential clients.  We thank you and your staff for all you have done on our behalf and look forward to a long and successful business relationship.
